Bath Bomb Fizzies

Time for a DIY again, a quick bath bomb one this time! I love bath fizzes D: they are cheap to make and make a great just because gift!

You will need:
1 Cup Citric Acid
2 Cups Baking Soda
Spray bottle of Witch Hazel

This makes about 6 Small Balls

Optional
1 oz Shea butter or Coconut butter* or A few drops of a nice oil ( such as coconut or olive )
Essential Oil of your choice (I am using peppermint in this recipe)
Food Coloring
Add in a toy in the middle for kids/hell of it

Mold

TIP Easter Eggs make the perfect mold! You can let them sit, and they are two pieces for compacting!

The How:
This can be annoying in nails, wear gloves if you can

First combine Citric Acid and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well so their are no clumps. To color slowly add in food coloring until desired color is achieved. SLOWLY as if you add to much it will make it fizz early!

Add in melted butter or oil and your essential oil pick and mix well. Using the witch hazel, spritz the mixture until you can start to form clumps.

Use your hands or a mold to form shapes, let sit for a few hours before use.

If you are adding glitter or anything to it, make sure to use body safe glitters. Also be sure to read up on essential oils before adding, some are not good for the skin - check out this link for ones that might irritate your skin.
